Blue Hill at Stone Barns Nibble and Squeak Lunch

SAVE THE DATE: Nibble+squeak will host another EPIC fine dining event this April, at the highly esteemed Blue Hill at Stone Barns!  We have reserved the ENTIRE restaurant EXCLUSIVELY for our group of "parents with pipsqueaks" -- a unique chance to enjoy a refined but relaxed meal for the whole family!

BLUE HILL STONE BARNS

In spring of 2004, Blue Hill at Stone Barns opened within the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in Pocantico Hills, New York. The Barbers helped create the philosophical and practical framework for Stone Barns Center, a working four-season farm and educational center just 30 miles north of New York City, and continue to help guide it in its mission to create a consciousness about the effect of everyday food choices.

Sourcing from the surrounding fields and pasture, as well as other local farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barns highlights the abundant resources of the Hudson Valley.

THE EVENT

We'll gather for a drinks and canapé reception before taking our seats -- or highchairs! -- in the main dining room.  All together at the table, we'll enjoy a specially-crafted tasting menu, with the option of wine matched to each course.  (Of course, we can accommodate vegetarian, vegans, and those with food allergies -- please note any dietary restrictions on the order form.)  As always at Nibble and Squeak, the ticket price is inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Thanks to Mommy Nearest, all kids eat for FREE (from an abbreviated but delicious menu). Please do register EACH child, including infants, so that we can reserve enough space for your party.

Photography for the event will be by the talented Jaye McLaughlin from The Life in Your Years Photography
